Privacy Policy
Talionix is a pre-launch product. This page (talionix.com) is currently a waitlist landing page — there is no application, no account, and no payment flow yet. This policy covers what we collect on the waitlist and how we use it. A fuller policy will replace this one when the product itself goes live.
Who we are
Talionix is operated by an individual entrepreneur (Ukrainian приватний підприємець) registered in Ukraine. After product validation we intend to migrate operations to a private limited company in Estonia (osaühing / OÜ). For all data-protection requests in either configuration, contact [email protected].
What we collect
If you submit your email on the waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address.
- The timestamp of your submission and confirmation.
- Limited technical metadata (your IP address and the User-Agent header sent by your browser), used only for basic abuse prevention and never used to profile you.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking on this page. We do not collect any other data, and we do not track you across the web.
Why we collect it
So that we can send you exactly two emails:
- A one-time verification email to confirm you actually asked to join the waitlist (the "double opt-in" click).
- A single announcement when Talionix opens its private beta.
That is the entire purpose. If you decide later to start using the product when it launches, that will involve a separate, expanded privacy notice accepted at that time.
Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the EU/EEA and the UK, the legal basis for processing your email is your explicit consent, given by clicking the confirmation link in the verification email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via any unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Who else processes your data
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sends the verification email and the launch announcement on our behalf, and stores the waitlist contacts. Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
- Our hosting provider receives standard server-side request logs (IP, User-Agent, timestamp, requested URL) which are retained no longer than 30 days for security purposes.
We do not sell or share your email with anyone else for any purpose.
Where your data is stored
Brevo is a French company; waitlist contacts are stored on EU infrastructure. Server logs are stored at our hosting provider's EU region. No transfers outside the EU/EEA take place for this site.
How long we keep it
- If you never confirm the verification email, your address is removed from Brevo within 30 days.
- If you confirm, we keep your address until either you unsubscribe or the waitlist campaign concludes (we expect that to be within ~6 months after the private beta opens), whichever comes first.
- Server access logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights (EU/EEA, UK)
You can at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent for any further communication.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your data.
To exercise any of the above, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days, usually faster.
Children
Talionix is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted their email here, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes affecting waitlist subscribers will be communicated by email before they take effect.
